A UAE perfume maker that tells of Damascus roots; its sprays carry plain two-word names such as Fruity Bergamot and Aromatic Sage.
The house says the Fahhad family began in 1945 in a home in old Damascus, where Nazir Adeeb Fahhad mixed and distilled flowers; the name means that Damascene house. Today it has a factory in Ajman and shops in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
