A Place Vendôme jeweller whose perfumes come in jewel-like bottles, best known for its 1988 first scent in a ring-shaped flacon and Jaïpur.
Frédéric Boucheron opened his jewellery shop in Paris in 1858 and in 1893 became the first jeweller on Place Vendôme. The house’s first perfume came in 1988, in a bottle shaped like a ring. Kering owns it today.
Owned by
Kering, through the Gucci group, which bought the house in 2000. Interparfums makes the perfumes under licence, since 2011; the agreement now covers the main existing lines until the end of 2027. Checked October 2026.
