Natural skincare from an Athens pharmacy, built on Greek herbs, with a small shelf of eaux de toilette such as Midnight Dahlia and Black Pepper.
Giorgos Korres, a pharmacist, took over Athens's oldest homeopathic pharmacy in 1992 and founded Korres in 1996, as he tells it, after his herbal remedies drew queues. The first product was a throat syrup. Outside investors agreed in 2017 to buy the majority.
Owned by
A Morgan Stanley fund and the Chinese distributor Profex hold the majority under a 2017 agreement; the Korres family keeps 30%. Korres makes its own perfumes. Checked October 2026.
