Ripe pineapple chunks, sweet and fruity with a sharp, fatty edge.

What it is: A molecule made in a lab.
When you smell it: Top notes: the first minutes.
What perfumers do with it: The classic pineapple note; brightens tropical, fruity-chypre and fresh masculine tops.
Rules: Limited. Allyl esters must contain under 0.1% free allyl alcohol (IFRA).
Also called: Allyl hexanoate
