What it is: Natural oil from steam-distilled resin of Canarium luzonicum.
Where it comes from: Philippines
When you smell it: Top notes: the first minutes.
What perfumers do with it: Fresh resinous top note; lifts incense, citrus and woody accords with peppery lemon sparkle.
Worth knowing: It contains elemicin, a compound named after the resin itself.
