What it is: Natural absolute from solvent-extracted poet's narcissus flowers.
Where it comes from: southern France, Netherlands
When you smell it: Dry-down: hours later.
What perfumers do with it: Narcotic green-floral depth for chypres and white florals; a little transforms a bouquet.
Worth knowing: Its absolute can hold several percent of indole, the 'animal' molecule of white flowers.
