Timbersilk

Warm, silky woody-amber with cedar facets, velvety and faintly musky.

What it is: A molecule made in a lab.
When you smell it: Dry-down: hours later.
What perfumers do with it: More powerful drop-in for Iso E Super; holds its own among strong materials in cedar, oud and chypre notes.
Worth knowing: It contains about 8.5% Arborone and 13.5% Iso Gamma isomer, more than standard Iso E Super.
Rules: Limited. Same molecule as Iso E Super; IFRA OTNE limits apply.
