Low-priced Arabian-style perfumes, rich and often sweet, led by Yara and Khamrah, that spread worldwide through TikTok.
Sheikh Shahid Ahmad came to Dubai from Pakistan, worked thirteen years in his uncle's perfume shop, and started Lattafa with Shoaib Iqbal in the 1980s. It is now a third-generation family business selling in over 120 countries. Trade press and wearers compare several of its perfumes with famous designer ones; Lattafa itself never names another brand’s perfume.
